COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elwood Gettys M444-ENNB-9A08-1L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perske parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watt-Drive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the JS2014DN501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KNS71202D manufactured by Perske and we are pleased to be able to service most Perske systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K16970605946 by Manufacturer Watt-Drive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lincoln Brand LM16254 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumtak such as LF1024BMC05DA equipment made by Sumtak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumtak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumtak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IB34006E9 made by Mcg as well as the popular KBM3454SFWA718100NB5J original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBA90B8 by Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag and LF1024BMC05DA spares by Sumtak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KSM021B061C61NM1HP0ETL3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
